Create your content library

An important setup step is your content assets. Let's build your image library, upload PDFs, and add links.

Once you add content, you can promote it through social media, your website, emails, and landing pages.

  1. Gather all images you need to use, and save them into a zip file
  2. Go to Content > Image Library > Actions
  3. Upload the zip file that contains your images. You can also upload them individually if you'd like.
  4. Don't have any images? Click Actions, and use the stock images we uploaded to your account!

Why is this important?

Images are great ways to attract and engage your prospects. They could be simple "button" images, social media icons, campaign creatives, or banner headers, and they can all be used for your emails, forms, landing pages, and even on your website!

  1. Gather all PDFs you need to use, and save them into a zip file
  2. Go to Content > Media Library > Actions
  3. Upload the zip file that contains your PDFs. You can also upload them individually if you'd like.
  4. Click the Actions drop-down, and obtain the public URL for each file
  5. Add the public URL as a download on your website and landing pages

Why is this important?

Most prospects download some sort of content when making a purchase. By using the public URLs for each PDF you upload to your content library, you'll be able to track who is downloading this content. It'll also be added to your prospects'  activity history which will help transition them further the buyers' journey.

  1. Gather all the links to videos that you've uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, and other video hosting providers
  2. Go to Content > Media Library > Actions
  3. Add each media link you wish to track
  4. Click the Actions drop-down, and obtain the public URL for each link
  5. Add the public URL as a download on your website and landing pages

Why is this important?

Similar to PDFs, videos are great ways to attract visitors to your website. According to Lee Odden on Toprank, 70% of B2B content marketers are using video in their marketing mix, and using video on your landing pages can increase conversion by up to 80%.
