Technical Requirements for Funnel Reports

AUDIENCE: Administrators, Marketing Users

Identify the technical requirements of the marketing funnel report.

In order to utilize the marketing funnel report, you must:

  • Request this feature to be enabled by your Act-On Customer Success Manager (CSM)

In addition, the following must be completed in your Act-On account to utilize CRM data in the marketing funnel report:

  • Connect your Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SugarCRM account with Act-On (other CRMs will be supported soon).
  • Configure the CRM Administration data sync settings.
