OBJECTIVES: Clear the counts reported for an Act-On form after testing.
When submitting form data (even through tests), all the data is live. After testing a form, it is important to clear out the results before going 'live' with the form. This is the best way to ensure clean and clear data results.
To clear the counts reported for an Act-On form, follow the steps below:
- Click on Content menu and choose Forms.
- Hover over the form you would like to clear and click the drop down arrow.
- Choose the Clear Form Report option.
- At the prompt, confirm that you want to remove all 'view' and 'submit' events for the selected form.
- Click OK.
