Inserting and Removing Hyperlinks in Email Messages

AUDIENCE: Administrators, Marketing Users
OBJECTIVES: Learn how to insert and remove hyperlinks in an Act-On email

When creating an Act-On email, you can insert hyperlinks to any URL. Clickthrough links are considered a call-to-action within your email, and allow your email recipients to interact with the message directly.

By clicking through the hyperlink within an email, Act-On is able to 'cookie' your recipient, turning them into a "known visitor". Next time the recipient navigates to your website you will be able to identify them by name and email.
