In Act-On, you can identify marketing prospects and customers directly in the Website Prospector report.
This will help you filter the prospects on your website accordingly, so you and your sales users will be able to focus on the appropriate prospects.
Follow the steps below to identify sales prospects:
- Set up the Sales Prospects list in your Contacts > Other Lists > Account Lists page. (Refer to the article below).
- Click on Inbound, and click Website Prospector.
- Click the Known Prospects tab to view all the marketing prospects and sales leads.
- Click the All Visitors drop-down menu and select Customers Visiting to view all your customers.
