OBJECTIVES: Learn how to report on the status of a List Maintenance Program
List Maintenance Programs can include multiple steps for moving records to or from a specific list or segment.
To report on the status of a List Maintenance Program, follow the steps below:
- Click on Automation, and choose List Maintenance Programs.
- Hover over an existing List Maintenance Program, and click Dashboard.
- You can expand any existing step of the program, and view the number of records that have completed that step.
- You can view the total number of records that entered and completed the List Maintenance Program from this page.
