Providing Salesforce Sales Users Access to Act-On

OBJECTIVE: Learn how to provide sales users with access to Act-On
Your sales team can have access to the Act-on platform in addition to marketing users. Sales reps can view the website prospector, create website prospector alerts, and view the dashboard to gain a good perspective on your marketing activities.
Follow the steps below to provide sales users with access to Act-On:
- Click on Settings, and choose Users
- Click Sales Users, and then click Import Sales Users
- Enable the checkbox next to the sales users to whom you wish to provide access
- Click Add Users
Act-On uses Single Sign-On (SSO) with Salesforce to authenticate the user. The sales user will be able to use the Act-On features within their Salesforce software.
