Netsuite Standard Fields

OBJECTIVES:

While your Organization may have custom data for each NetSuite entity, here is a list of the standard fields that Act-On reads for various elements within the platform:

Leads/Contacts

First Name

  • Optional for personalization in email.
  • Required for form pushes.
  • Optional for personalization in email.
  • Required for form pushes.
  • Required for email sends.
  • Required for form pushes.
  • Optional for personalization in email.
  • We check the value in the system usage field mapped for “Contact’s Company” to see if the company already exists.
  • Strongly encouraged custom field to collect Act-On Behavior Score. This field is automatically created when you connect your NetSuite credentials under Settings > Connectors > NetSuite.
  • Required for Lead/Contact ownership: Hot Prospects, Website Prospectors report filtering.
  • Optional for personalization and personalized from address.
