Registering via WebEx for Events Managed Through Act-On

OBJECTIVES: Identify when WebEx event registrants will not receive a confirmation email from Act-On

If the event is listed in the Event Calendar on your WebEx site, anyone can register for the event. However, registrants will not receive a registration confirmation email message from Act-On. All WebEx confirmation email messages are disabled when the WebEx connector to Act-On is enabled

 It is recommended that all WebEx events are set as 'unlisted' to ensure that registrations and marketing materials flow through Act-On. Refer to the WebEx Event Center User Guide to set up your WebEx site to show all events as unlisted.
