Setting up the WebEx Connector

Learn how to set up the connection between Act-On and your WebEx account.

To begin marketing all your WebEx Event Center events through Act-On, follow the steps below to initiate the connector.

  • Click on Settings, and select Connectors.
  • Select Webinar.
  • Choose Cisco WebEx.
  • Click the Click here to activate it link.
  • Complete the WebEx URL, and enter your WebEx login and password credentials. Note: Each user in your Act-On account can be set up for connection with different login credentials.
  • Click the Login button, and Act-On will show that the WebEx connector is active.

Once the connection is active, you can create and manage WebEx Event Center webinars from within your Act-On account.
