Scheduling Promotion and Follow-Up Messages for Webinars

OBJECTIVES: Effectively schedule promotion and follow-up messages for your webinar

Depending on how far in the future your webinar is scheduled, you may choose to send more than one reminder message.

 You don't want to send so many messages, however, that your potential participants begin to view them as 'clutter' in their inboxes. It's generally considered reasonable to send a reminder several days before the scheduled date.

A 'last-chance' message can be scheduled for the day before the webinar, or even a couple hours before it starts.

Follow-up messages should go out as soon after the event as possible (usually the next business day, at the latest).
