Ensuring the Host Receives a Notification Email for a Webinar

OBJECTIVES: Ensure the host receives a notification email for your webinar event

To make sure the host will receive a notification email message, add the email address to the Alerts section when creating the event.

For existing webinars, follow the steps below to ensure the hosts/panelists receive their webinar invite:

  • Click on Automation, and click Webinars.
  • Click on the webinar title.
  • Click Edit.
  • In the Alerts field, add the email addresses for the host and panelists (separated by semicolons).
