OBJECTIVES: Learn how to manually remove contacts from Wait Steps
The Wait Until step allows you to pause contacts from moving forward until a specific day and/or time. However, sometimes a contact may accidentally get into a program that shouldn't be there. Any contacts in a "wait" type step (Wait, Wait Until, Wait Until In Segment) can now be manually removed from the program. Once removed, the contact will immediately exit the program.
To remove contacts from Wait Steps:
- Click Automation > Automated Programs
- Hover over the program that you need to remove a contact from and click Dashboard.
- Hover over the Wait Step the contact is in, and click the number of waiting contacts.
- Hover over the contact you need to delete and click the red delete icon.
