Checking Your Past Active Contact Usage

You may want to pull a report for how many total contacts you have sent messages to during a specific time period.

You can do this by creating a list that tracks message repicients.

  1. Navigate to Contacts > Marketing Lists
  2. Click New List
  3. Name your list (eg., 'Active Contacts for February')
  4. Under 'Set up New List Contents,' select Locate contacts with Specific Response Behaviors
  5. In the 'Behavior' section, select the desired time period and choose Received Messages from the 'Add behavior' dropdown.
  6. Click Create
