Inserting Images into Emails Using Personalization

 

Learn how to insert images into email messages using personalization.
  1. Click Content > Image Library
  2. Find your image(s), click the three dots, then click Public URL.
  3. Copy the URL and paste it to a notepad for later reference.
  1. Click Contacts, and choose Marketing ListsForm Submissions, or Webinar Lists.
  2. Hover over the list, and click the Down-Arrow > Maintenance
  3. Choose Change List Columns.
  4. Click Add Column at the bottom of the page.
  5. Name the new column, and click Submit.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Hover over your list, and click the Down-Arrow > Open
  8. Click your newly created column and add the image URL (as copied above) to the corresponding list record(s).
  9. Click Save.
  1. Resume the editing of your message.
  2. Place your cursor at the intended area.
  3. Hover over the Rich Text Block and click the Pencil icon, and place your cursor at the intended area.
  4. Click Insert/Edit Image.
  5. In the Image URL field, insert the field name of your new column with the personalization tags (such as 'Image' with curly braces ), and click Update.
  6. Adjust dimensions as needed.
  7. There will be an image icon that serves as a placeholder
  8. To ensure that the images change as you intended them to, go to the email composer Review Tab.
