In Act-On, you can identify marketing prospects and customers directly in the Website Prospector report.
This will help you filter the prospects on your website accordingly, so you and your sales users will be able to focus on the appropriate prospects.
Note: You must set up a Sales Prospects List before completing these steps.
- Choose Inbound, then Website Prospector
- In the upper left drop-down, select Known Prospects to view all marketing prospects and sales leads
- In the same drop-down, select Customers Visiting to view all your customers
