- Outline the contents of the Payment report
If you are utilizing a form that has e-commerce enabled there is additional reporting that is provided within the Payment report. This report provides detailed information about the status of registration and payment for any person who has engaged an e-commerce form. The reporting is divided into three categories:
- Incomplete Payment and Registration – Detailed information about people who began to register, but have yet to complete their payment and registration.
- Failed Payment – Detailed information about people whose registration has not been completed because their payment was declined.
- Paid and Registered – Email addresses of all the people who have successfully completed the registration and payment process. Included is a detailed invoice that is printable.
