When a unique email address opts-out, hard bounces, or files a spam complaint as the result of an email message sent from your Act-On account, Act-On will ensure that is is automatically suppressed from all future mailings.
However, it is best to maintain your list of these types of email addresses and gather better statistics from your sent messages.
Follow the steps below to remove bounces and opt-outs from a list:
- Click Contacts and choose Marketing Lists, or Click Other Lists > Form Submissions or Webinar Lists.
- Click green arrow on right
- Click Maintenance > Remove Bounces & Opt-Outs.
- Check the box next to the record type that you want to remove.
- Click Finish.
