In addition to marketing users, your sales representatives can have access to the Act-On platform as well. Sales users can view website visitors, create website visitor alerts, and view the dashboard to gain a good perspective on your marketing activities.
Follow the steps below to provide sales users with access to Act-On:
- From the Start page, click on Settings, and choose Users.
- Click Sales Users, and click Add User.
- Enter the email address, first name, and last name.
- Click Add.
Act-On will send a verification email to the sales user, and they'll be asked to click on the verification link. They will also receive information about logging in to the sales user profile in Act-On.
