Troubleshooting Incorrect Privileges in Salesforce

AUDIENCE:  Salesforce Administrators


  • Identify steps to take if information in the Act-On tab in Salesforce cannot be accessed or you are unable to view the Visual Force page
  • Identify minimal permissions required for use of the Act-On connector
The information in Salesforce should reflect the information found in your Act-On account.
