Sending Email Messages and Adding Notes to Salesforce

Add an activity history note in Salesforce when email messages are sent to a Salesforce list 

Whenever you send an Act-On message to a list imported from Salesforce, you have the option within the Act-On email composer to add a note to the Salesforce record of each contact, lead, or campaign member in the list. The option is a checkbox on the address page of the message composer called "Attach 'Sent' Note to CRM Leads/Contacts".

The note includes the message's subject line, the time the message was sent, and other information.

The message must be sent to a list that was downloaded directly from Salesforce into your Act-On account.
