Removing the Conference Number from Webinar Messages


If you change or remove your conference numbers in WebEx, any future events you create through Act-On will reflect your current information.

For any existing events that still refer to the number on the Act-On side, you can edit your webinar confirmation and reminder messages to remove the number.

  1. Click on Automation, and choose Webinars.
  2. Click on the webinar title.
  3. Hover over the message in question and click Edit.
  4. Add a new Time & Place block that contains the same event information as the Webinar Information block.
  5. Delete the Webinar Information block. (Note: This block is not editable in itself.)
