Sending a Notification to the Webinar Host

 

To make sure the host will receive a notification email message, add the email address to the Alerts section when creating the event.

For existing webinars, follow the steps below to ensure the hosts/panelists receive their webinar invite:

  1. Click on Automation, and click Webinars.
  2. Click on the webinar title.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Alerts field, add the email addresses for the host and panelists (separated by semicolons).
