The Activity Report

 

The Act-On Activity page provides you with a snapshot of the main activities occurring in your Act-On account, such as website prospects, landing page and form views, and message activity.

Administrator or marketing user

  1. Click on Home.
  2. Click Activity.
  3. Click the Today drop-down to modify the time period of the data.

Sales user with Salesforce

  1. In Salesforce, click the Act-On tab.
  2. Click My Act-On Today.
  3. Click the Today drop-down to modify the time period of the data.

Sales user (other CRM)

  1. Login to your Act-On account.
  2. Under the Home menu click Activity.
  3. Click the Today drop-down to modify the time period of the data.

Page sections

  • Companies Visiting – Provides a list of all anonymous prospects on your website or blog where the Act-On Beacon Tracking Code has been applied
  • People Visiting – Provides a list of all known prospects on your website or blog. Prospects become 'known' when they either click through an Act-On email message or submit an Act-On form. Click each known prospect to view their Act-On Activity History
  • Web Pages Getting Visits  Provides a list of all the web pages currently being visited on your website. Click each page to view the actual web page being visited
  • Landing Pages Getting Visits – Provides a list of all the Act-On landing pages being visited and clicked through. Click each landing page to view the Landing Page Report
  • Messages Getting Opens & Clicks  Provides a list of all the Act-On messages being opened and clicked through. Click each message to view the Sent Message Report
  • Forms Getting View & Submits  Provides a list of all the Act-On forms being viewed and submitted. Click each form to view the Form Report.
