Sync account and opportunity data to a CRM

 

Your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system helps you measure your sales activities and provides visibility into your sales pipeline.

However, a native integration between Act-On and your CRM gives you complete visibility of your entire sales and marketing funnel from the point a lead enters the top to when the opportunity is won and they become your customer.

To Do:


  1. Make sure you've integrated your CRM to Act-On
  2. Import your Account and Opportunity level fields
  3. Synchronize your Account and Opportunity level fields

Gain complete visibility of your entire sales and marketing funnel from the point a lead enters the top of the funnel to when the opportunity is won and they become your customer.

To Do:


  1. Go to Contacts > Marketing Lists
  2. Click Actions > Create a Segment, and create a query profile segment
  3. Use the available Account and Opportunity level fields as your profile attributes

Creating list segments based on your account and opportunity level fields will help you market to your prospects. For example, prospects that have a 75% likelihood of closing need to be nurtured a little bit more with different content compared to prospects that have a 20% likelihood of closing.

To Do:


  1. Click Reports > Revenue Impact, to access your reports.
  2. Select the report that meets your requirements (New Leads Generated, New Opportunities Created Report, or Wins Report).
  3. Select the date granularity (quarters or months).

Track the performance of your marketing efforts over time: from lead generation to opportunity creation and revenue. You can report on which lead sources generated the most leads and opportunities.

To Do:


  1. Click Reports > Revenue Attribution, to access your reports.
  2. Choose a Custom Date Range or specific calendar quarter.
  3. Select the Act-On Marketing Campaign to filter the Revenue Attribution Report, if there are any Act-On Marketing Campaigns available.
  4. Click Run Report

The Revenue Attribution Report allows you to focus on the revenue attribution for a specific marketing campaign, and drill down into the won opportunities that were touched by those campaign asset

To Do:


  1. Configure your Paid Search. Click Settings and select Paid Search Settings
  2. Select the search engine(s) you’d like to track
  3. To access your reports go to Inbound and Google Adwords Report

Visitors to your website arrive from many different search engines and Act-On now allows you to track those visits. Paid Search Settings lets you specify how Act-On can detect your paid search keywords across supported search engines.
