Dynamic content allows you to replace key pieces of your emails in real time based on what you already know about each recipient; e.g., demographics, behaviors, preferences, purchase histories, etc.

The result: Relevant messages and offers that resonate.

To Do:

  1. Confirm that your list contains all the data you want to use for personalization.
  2. Define your persona segments, if you haven't
  3. Make set conditions if data is missing from the field by removing surrounding text and replacing it with a generic message.
  4. Manage subscriptions to capture information like preferred prefix, name, and which topics they want to receive mail about.
  5. Personalize on places, activities, roles or life cycles to get personal with your audience.
